I’m sorry. I shoulda submitted this forever ago, but I didn’t, because I forgot =3
This was a piece I had to do for a charity art auction or summat. I honestly don’t know the details- they just told me to paint something that rich, stuffy doctor people would want to buy and put up on their wall, so I did. Or I tried. And failed miserably. They’re selling my butterfly drawing at the auction, too. Of course… it wasn’t supposed to go to the auction, but, if they want it, then I guess they can have it. Oh, yeah… Kudos to =Shadeslayer91 who, in all his Canadian goodness, offered to let me use one of his photos as a reference. Unfortunately, it was a vain act of kindness, since I only got halfway through the sky before I said “to hell with refs.” And started making it up as I went. It was the thought that counts. Thank you, Shadie. |
